About Us
Jun Mo Generation is a UK-based non-profit cultural arts organisation dedicated to preserving East Asian arts and promoting community well-being. For over 35 years, we’ve brought vibrant cultural performances to iconic events like the Notting Hill Carnival and Hackney’s Mare de Gras and Hackney One Carnival.
What We Do:
Cultural Performances: We create award-winning carnival costumes and showcase intricate designs inspired by Far East Asian arts, uniting communities through creativity and tradition.
Workshops & Education: We offer hands-on experiences in Asian arts and crafts, such as East Asian lion shield making and dragon bag crafting, engaging participants of all ages.
Martial Arts & Flag Performance Training: Our training programs build confidence, develop skills in traditional arts, and inspire a deeper connection to heritage.
Community Well-being: We support elderly members of the community with activities that enhance physical health and mental well-being, ensuring our programs benefit every generation.
Your support helps us continue this legacy, offering opportunities for cultural performances, training, and events that inspire creativity, health, and community pride.

Martial Arts Club
Our children's martial arts class focuses on building confidence, discipline, and focus in a supportive and enjoyable environment. Through fun, engaging sessions, children develop strength, coordination, and key techniques like defending, blocking, and countering. They also gain valuable life skills such as self-awareness, concentration, and teamwork, all while nurturing self-discipline and healthy habits. Our playful approach to learning promotes good posture, physical fitness, and mental well-being, helping children grow stronger, more balanced, and confident in a safe and encouraging space.
